About the Association

Pathways Association of Nebraska, established in 1991, helps Nebraska's child and family service professionals thrive. We strengthen the field through training, networking, connection-building, and information sharing.

Originally founded as the Nebraska Association of Homes and Services for Children, our commitment has always been to children and families—and to the professionals and providers who care for them. Today, we build quality care providers, foster collaboration across the system, and unite our members in advocacy so children and families receive the quality care they deserve.

Our community includes service professionals, provider association staff, and Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services staff working together to strengthen child and family services across Nebraska.

Our Core Values

Empowering Relationships

We build strong, trusting relationships that foster connection, inclusion, and mutual support. Professionals thrive when they have a relational network that sees them, values them, and supports them.

Purpose-Driven Development

We bring deep knowledge and a commitment to excellence in service of our shared mission. Professionals thrive when surrounded by others who are skilled, credible, and driven by the same purpose.

Collaborative Growth

We strengthen the field through shared learning, leadership development, and strategic collaboration. Helping others thrive means investing in shared growth—not just through knowledge, but through systems of support and development.
