2026 PAN Annual Conference: Pathways to Resilience
Friday, October 23, 2026 · 8:15 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Water’s Edge Church | Gretna, Nebraska
The Pathways Association of Nebraska Annual Conference is back! Join professionals from across Nebraska for a full day of learning, connection, and practical ideas focused on Pathways to Resilience — both for the professionals doing this work and for the children and families we serve.
The PAN Annual Conference is designed for frontline staff, supervisors, administrators, foster parents, community partners, and others working with or supporting children and families. Our goal is to provide a high-quality, affordable conference with information and ideas attendees can actually take back to their everyday work.
The day will include keynote speakers, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, exhibitors, PAN’s Annual Awards, and opportunities to connect with professionals from across Nebraska’s child- and family-serving systems.
PAN Annual Awards
Each year, PAN recognizes individuals and partners whose work has made a meaningful difference for Nebraska children, families, and the professionals who serve them.
Awards will be presented in four categories:
- Child Care (Direct Care Staff) Worker of the Year
- Supervisor/Administrator of the Year
- Foster Parent(s) of the Year
- Distinguished Collaborator
Nominations are due by noon on September 30, 2026.
Why This Conference Matters
There is a lot happening across Nebraska’s child- and family-serving systems. Opportunities for providers, public agencies, and community partners to learn together and build relationships are especially important right now.
PAN is committed to creating a space where the people doing this work can connect across organizations, strengthen their skills, share ideas, and build relationships that continue long after the conference ends.
We hope you’ll join us on October 23.
